I placed an order for Biscoff Baklava on the 11th of Sept, it reached me in Mangalore Karnataka on the 16th of Sept. The sweets were stale and the bicuits were cracked. The sweets were stuck to the box and I had a hard time as the sweets were very difficult to remove. The sweets originate from Kolkata and by the time it reaches anywhere in the south of the country, it will not maintain its freshness. I was dissapointed.
