1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. All shipments are dispatched via reputed courier partners with tracking enabled. Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and courier charges. Handling fees are fixed while transport fees vary based on total shipment weight and delivery location. We recommend combining all items into a single order as we cannot merge separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order individually.
3. Packaging
Given the delicate nature of our products (baklava, kunafa, etc.), we use food-grade, temperature-appropriate packaging with adequate cushioning. Products are packed with care to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries are attempted Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Force Majeure
In case of floods, heavy rains, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, TBB Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reschedule delivery. We will notify you of any such delays.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and any landmark details are accurate at the time of ordering. Deliveries will be made only to the address provided during checkout. Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible depending on shipment status.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery once. If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable after reasonable waiting period
- Locked premises with no alternative recipient
- Incorrect phone number or phone switched off/unreachable
- Recipient refusing delivery
In such cases, the order may be returned to our facility. We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery or pickup. Re-delivery charges may apply. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements may not be possible for failed deliveries caused by the above reasons.
8. Acceptance of Delivery
Delivery may be completed at the gate, reception, security desk, or with a neighbor if the recipient is unavailable. By placing an order, you acknowledge this. If you require the package to be delivered only to you personally, please mention this in the order notes.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications or cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
